I had a number of B cells, but it was in my blood and I thought I had an autoimmune response as well. but 1 month later was still there, and she made a 24-hour urine Benz Jones (light chain assay) and blood PFIC to identify proteins and finally with multiple myeloma (cancer of plasma cells)

Do not panic, 98% of the time is nothing and Wil disappear by itself, just keep an eye on it and they have checked in a few months and I'm sure it will be normal.

Good luck to you,
