Fat loss advice...? - fat loss advice

I need up to 22 pounds of body fat, lose quickly.
I take pills to lose weight now, and I am losing weight.
But I believe it.
Last week I weighed 150, three days ago, I weighed 142, and yesterday, she weighed 146th
Here are my questions.
What is the fastest weight loss exercises, you know? What am I supposed to burn (calories wise) on the day?
Is it better to have a healthy (eat) large breakfast, a medium (healthy) lunch, and a small (healthy), dinner, or small (healthy) snacks during the day?

In a very high level, you should weigh as much as you feel comfortable with balance.

Weight as "healthy", what are most of the other posts about (calculating your BMI, diet, etc. ).... but most people say what the "average", so different opinions.

If you already have a healthy weight when the most important part is that you are satisfied with their weight are ... Not that "X performed, but no matter what you weigh, is convinced that rather than fight for a size 2 or something

However, if you want to lose weight by exercising is really good (and safe) to lose weight. I also recommend meeting with a nutritionist or dietitian to see whether it is something that you can benefit more

Honey ... Had time to gain weight, will take it time to lose weight. Plans accident does not give us the results you requested. Eatting health must become a lifestyle, not a panacea. Bland diets and diet pills never claimed. It is a change of lifestyle is not just a temporary change.

You have no meals delivered to each standard. While eating six small meals a day are good. Spread a few hours. Here are some personal advice. Not running, or bad decisions, because you are taking the easy way. Fitness and weight loss is initially difficult, but not Rocket Science. I struggled for a year before I was right, but you do not.

You should eat a very healthy breakfast, never eat until full to feel overwhelmed. After a healthy breakfast, you eat when you are hungry during the day. Make sure you eat, when you're hungry. In order to weight, we have to lose all the fat except olive oil, cutting oil, and it may lead to some other oils. Your body needs these fats and they will help you full and satisfied. I think the food pills are a scam. Exercise is a necessity. I practice yoga, especially before breakfast, as it should be on an empty stomach, and pass on your body during the day.
